The Keyword Academy Project

Author: This is where I will be keeping track of my project that I have started in response to my $1.00 trial for the Keyword Academy. I did the actual keyword research 2 days ago via the method they recommend and marked all the good keywords. It took me about 4 hours in between yelling at the kids but it was worth it as I managed to snag some really good phrases.
Yesterday I bought the required domain with the keywords in the url which was cool and today I have installed the WordPress blog software. I originally went with Joomla which I love working with but when you want to do something simple and quick WordPress is the way to go. For SEO it’s easier to set up than Joomla and adding information to your site is much simpler.
Well, that’s it for this post. I’m off to try and create some content. I’m so crap at writing articles that I know nothing about I might have to go and pay for ‘em but I’ll give it a go to start with.
Costs so far: I already have a Hostgator account so costs so far are about 5 hours in time and zero dollars.
Income so far: $0.00 (obviously)

Hmm … interesting read. So, do you think the PPC industry is struggling, or are they going to make more money than ever? I have had good and bad results. I think click fraud has been a big problem over the last 2 years. Lots of beginners buy products like http://www.gcdreview.com just to learn PPC advertising,but that will onyl really help beginners.For advanced people like me we must rather do the hard stuff ourself.
I don’t think it’s going anywhere just yet as there’s too much money to be made. I’m not involved with any PPC programs as an affiliate. I am currently in the process of setting up a website targeting a group of products on Clickbank which I will be promoting through Google Ads. In that sense I will be an affiliate promoting through PPC but that is not exactly what this article is about. GDC looks fairly in depth and it’s good that there is a $1.00 trial. I’ve just read Beating Adwords which gives a pretty good run down on what to do.
